Payment terms
- 50% deposit due at booking
- Remaining 50% due May 1, 2027
- Bookings made after May 1, 2027 are paid in full
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another vendor
Insurance required. We make it easy.
Every exhibitor needs Commercial General Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, in force for the event dates, October 15–16, 2027.

What does every booth include?
One table, two chairs, four show passes, electricity, Wi-Fi and access to the VIP Lounge, plus a social media story mention and a dedicated social post. (Show N Shine vendor spaces are outdoors and don’t include electricity.)
Can I display a vehicle in my booth?
Yes. In the main hall, a 20′ × 20′ booth is the minimum size for a vehicle. For bigger displays, the dirt arena and covered outdoor spaces are built for trucks.
How is booth placement decided?
Final booth placement and exhibitor approval are determined by Texas Diesel Expo. Reach out early for the best selection; several spaces are limited.
Can I combine a booth with sponsorships?
Absolutely. Every add-on can be added to a booth, and many can be booked as stand-alone sponsorships. We’re also happy to build a custom package.
Can I get more VIP passes?
Yes. Additional VIP passes are $250 each, subject to an event-wide maximum of 200.
Do I need insurance to exhibit?
Yes. Every exhibitor needs Commercial General Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, with Texas Diesel Expo and the Huntington Bank Expo named as Additional Insured. No coverage? Event insurance is $80 per company. See Exhibitor Insurance above. The deadline to apply is September 1, 2027.
